Dr. Ramon A. (Tony) Pérez is Co-founder and Chairman of Fulcro Insurance, Inc., a 30 years old insurance brokerage firm with operations in Puerto Rico and the State of Georgia. Samuel Delgado is currently an Assistant Professor of Construction Management at Kennesaw State University, teaching Computer Applications in Construction and Construction Scheduling. Samuel started in academia after moving to metro Atlanta from South Florida in 2006. In 2008, after completing a brief substitute teaching role with Gwinnett County Public Schools and having taught at GTC as an adjunct, Samuel was hired by GTC as full-time instructor of the commercial construction management program, and in August 2016 started with KSU.

Edita Aranda Monsalve is originally from Lima, Peru where she earned a degree of Architectural Drafting from the Metropolitan Institute of Technology. This philosophy was key when she moved to the United States to pursue her dream of having her own business. Noticing the great opportunity to make a statement in the construction market she completed her studies of Interior Design at The Art Institute of Atlanta and launched her company, Kitchen Cabinets-Atlanta.

Business Administration at the Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.
He was District Manager at Edison Brother Stores, where he worked for
over 18 years, then he started his construction career in 2001. He is the
owner of MFC Remodels, Inc., a company dedicated to remodeling chain
Restaurants as well as residential work.
In 2013 he started to work for National Custom, as Sr. Project Manager in
charge of the Domino's Pizza remodel program. Currently MFC and NCI
have a partnership that offers plenty of contracts to the Hispanic community, and continues to remodel countless franchise businesses projects nationwide.
