Wilson holds certifications for Mold Remediation Supervisor, and Advanced Structural Drying as well as other IICRC programs.

Samuel Delgado is currently an Assistant Professor of Construction Management at Kennesaw State University, teaching Computer Applications in Construction and Construction Scheduling. Samuel started in academia after moving to metro Atlanta from South Florida in 2006. In 2008, after completing a brief substitute teaching role with Gwinnett County Public Schools and having taught at GTC as an adjunct, Samuel was hired by GTC as full-time instructor of the commercial construction management program, and in August 2016 started with KSU.
