Edgar Soto

Edgar Soto, affectionately known as "Soto," has enjoyed a distinguished career in Sales and Marketing spanning over 40 years, with the past 30 years dedicated to marketing Hispanic food products. Soto played a pivotal role in transforming two family-owned Hispanic businesses into industry leaders.

In 2017, Soto moved to Georgia and joined his son Carlos’s company, Wiring Solutions, as an Account Manager. Drawing on his extensive sales and marketing expertise, he has been instrumental in promoting the company and expanding its network. His passion for community engagement inspired him to encourage Wiring Solutions’ involvement with the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association (GHCA) and the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where he actively participates in events and activities. As an Ambassador for both organizations, Soto continues to foster connections and support the community. He also volunteers with the Latin American Chamber of Commerce and other local initiatives.

Born to Puerto Rican parents in the Bronx, NY, Soto is a proud father of three and grandfather of five. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, dancing Salsa, and watching sports.

Ella Duarte

Ella Duarte Rey is a licensed neuropsychologist with international credentials and extensive expertise in neuropsychology, psychology, psychodiagnosis, and occupational health. She has served as a professor, clinical coordinator, and advisor for professional practices, making significant contributions to integrating support for learning and developmental disorders.

Since joining the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association (GHCA) in 2021, Ella has led mental health-focused events, volunteered extensively, and developed resources to help members embrace neuroleadership. As an Ambassador and committee member for Latinas in Construction, she actively supports women in the industry and promotes professional growth.

Originally from Colombia, Ella has been a key architect of mental health strategies in her home country and has held leadership roles in education and healthcare. Now based in Atlanta, she continues her work in occupational neurotraining and mental health while spending time with her husband, two grown children, and grandson.

Luis Trujillo

Luis Trujillo is a seasoned sales professional with over 22 years of experience in the construction industry. For the past seven years, he has been a Sales Representative for Pirtek USA, where his charisma and expertise have played a vital role in building strong client relationships and driving business growth. Luis has collaborated with some of the industry’s largest suppliers, fostering meaningful connections that benefit both clients and businesses.

An active member of industry associations such as ABC and GUCA, Luis consistently serves as a goodwill ambassador, advocating for collaboration and professionalism. As an Ambassador for the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association (GHCA), where he has been a member for over 10 years, Luis helps new members connect with large corporations, promoting inclusion and networking opportunities within the community.

Originally from Colombia, Luis has been an American citizen for 30 years. He is married to Cindy, and together they have a daughter, Caley (married to Michael, with sons Mikey and Myles), and a son, Luis Jr. (married to Emily). Known for his positive attitude and dedication, Luis continues to make a significant impact in the construction industry and within GHCA.
