The GHCA works closely with private, public, government and non-profit organizations in order to identify business opportunities and promote the inclusion of Hispanic entrepreneurs. In addition, the GHCA works in partnership with other non-profit organizations and government entities to address construction related issues that affect the Hispanic construction community.

The GHCA is committed to work with various public and private entities that take a serious and committed approach towards Diversity and Inclusion. As a Minority oriented resource, we focus on locating projects that host Minority participation Set-asides and goals, while helping more members attain their Minority Certifications.

Latinas in Construction

Latinas in Construction is a business resource group (BRG) part to the Georgia Hispanic Construction Association (GHCA) that provides a support network for women in the construction industry to share best practices and enhance their professional and personal development.

Our goal is to help Latinas to grow their participation and success in the industry!

In addition, Latinas in Construction creates leadership and professional advancement programs in the form of panel discussions, workshops and seminars, and promotes networking events to bring business connections closer. Learn More
